AMPL Plus is available for Microsoft Windows and is planned for other operating systems. Compass Modeling Solutions, Inc. offers a variety of AMPL Plus packages consisting of one or more solvers together with AMPL and the extended graphical environment.
A simpler experimental graphical user interface for AMPL under Windows 3.1, 95 or NT is in alpha test. It's intended as a complement to the student edition of AMPL and is intentionally quite simple and straightforward. Write to info@ampl.com for more information on obtaining a copy.
